Rental Policies

DMG Car Rental – Terms and Conditions

By renting a vehicle from DMG Car Rental, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Renter must be at least 21 years old (or your preferred age).

Must present a valid driver’s license and one valid government-issued ID.

The driver must have at least 1 year driving experience.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the required deposit/down payment.

Full payment must be completed before vehicle release.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, GCash, or other approved methods.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle release.

The deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle, provided there are no damages, violations, or unpaid fees.

4. Vehicle Use

The renter agrees to:

Use the vehicle for lawful purposes only.

Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

Not use the vehicle for racing, overloading, or illegal activities.

Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Rental Period

Rental time starts at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the agreed return time.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at release.

Refueling charges will apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.

7. Damages and Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or traffic violations during the rental period.

Repair costs, insurance participation fees, or penalties will be deducted from the security deposit if applicable.

8. Accidents and Breakdowns

In case of accident or breakdown:

Notify DMG Car Rental immediately.

Do not leave the vehicle unattended.

Police report may be required for insurance claims.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booking schedule.

Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

10. Prohibited Use

The vehicle must NOT be used for:

Illegal activities

Transporting prohibited goods

Subleasing or commercial use without permission

11. Right to Refuse Service

DMG Car Rental reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone who:

Provides false information

Appears intoxicated or unfit to drive

Violates rental policies
