Rental Policies

TOOL RENTAL POLICY
1. Rental Requirements

Customers must present a valid government-issued ID.

A rental agreement form must be completed and signed before any equipment is released.

A security deposit may be required depending on the item rented.

2. Rental Period

Rental time begins once the tool leaves our premises.

Tools must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before releasing the equipment.

We accept cash and other approved payment methods.

Rental fees are non-refundable once the equipment has been released.

4. Deposits

Deposits are refundable upon return of the tool in good working condition.

Any damage, loss, or excessive wear will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper and safe use of rented tools.

Tools must not be modified, misused, or used for illegal purposes.

The renter assumes full responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from use.

6. Damage or Loss

The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.

7. Cleaning & Condition

Tools must be returned clean and in the same condition as rented.

Cleaning fees may apply if tools are returned excessively dirty.

8. Right to Refuse Service

The company reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone at its discretion.
