Rental Policies

1. Safety & Supervision (The "Golden Rules")
Adult Supervision: A designated adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times. Never leave the unit unattended while inflated.

Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight or number of riders posted on the unit.

Zero Tolerance Items: Absolutely NO shoes, food, drinks, gum, jewelry, glasses, or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatable.

No "Silly String": Chemicals in Silly String cause permanent damage to the vinyl. A cleaning/damage fee of $500+ will apply if detected.

2. Weather Policy
Wind: For safety, the unit must be deflated immediately if winds exceed 20 mph.

Rain/Lightning: In the event of heavy rain or lightning, users must exit and the blower must be turned off.

Bruno's Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel a rental if severe weather is predicted. In this case, a full refund or "Rain Check" credit will be issued.

3. Delivery & Setup
Surface: The setup area must be flat and cleared of rocks, sticks, and pet waste. We cannot set up on dirt or gravel without prior approval.

Power: The customer must provide a dedicated 15-20 amp outlet within 50 feet of the setup.

Underground Utilities: The customer is responsible for marking any underground sprinkler lines or utilities. Bruno is not liable for damage to unmarked lines.

4. Liability & Damages
Liability Release: By signing the rental agreement, the Renter assumes all risk of injury and releases Bruno Inflatable Pool and Slidex from any legal claims.

Equipment Damage: The Renter is responsible for any theft or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized moving of the equipment.
