Rental Policies

1. Rental Requirements

Customers must present a valid government-issued ID.

A signed rental agreement is required before equipment is released.

Minors must have a parent or guardian co-sign the rental agreement.

2. Rental Period

Rental begins when the equipment leaves our premises.

Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed date and time.

Late returns may incur additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of rental.

Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, or approved online payments.

Rental fees are non-refundable once the equipment is released.

4. Deposits

A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the equipment.

Deposits are refunded upon return of equipment in good working condition.

Any damage, loss, or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper and safe use of the rented gear.

Equipment must not be misused, modified, or used in unsafe conditions.

The renter assumes responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from use.

6. Damage or Loss

Renters are liable for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the renter.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

Equipment must be returned clean and in the condition it was rented.

Cleaning or repair fees may apply for items returned excessively dirty or damaged.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Apol3 Laag Equipment reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone at its discretion.

9. Safety Reminder

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Use protective gear where recommended (e.g., helmets, harnesses).

Report any defects or safety concerns immediately.
