Rental Policies

Rental Policy & Terms of Service
1. Driver Requirements
Age: Minimum age of 21 for cars and 18 for motorbikes (adjust based on your local laws).

Documentation: A valid driver’s license with the appropriate vehicle classification is mandatory. International renters must provide a valid Passport and International Driving Permit (IDP).

Experience: For motorbikes over 250cc, proof of at least one year of riding experience may be required.

2. Booking & Payment
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This covers minor damages, fuel shortages, or late returns.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and [Insert other methods, e.g., Cash/Digital Wallets].

Cancellation: Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the pick-up time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

3. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions
Geographic Limits: Vehicles must remain within [Insert Region/State/Country]. Off-road use is strictly prohibited unless the vehicle is specifically rated for it (e.g., dual-sport bikes or 4x4s).

Prohibited Acts: No smoking, no racing, and no subletting the vehicle to third parties.

Fuel Policy: "Full-to-Full." The vehicle will be provided with a full tank and must be returned full. A refueling service fee will apply otherwise.

4. Maintenance & Safety
Pre-Rental Inspection: Both the staff and the renter will inspect the vehicle for existing damage before departure. We recommend the renter takes photos/videos during this time.

Helmets: For motorbikes, a high-quality helmet is provided (or required). Riding without a helmet voids all insurance coverage.

Mechanical Issues: In the event of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 Roadside Assistance immediately. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs.

5. Accidents & Damages
Liability: The renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle, theft, or loss during the rental period, up to the insurance deductible.

Reporting: All accidents must be reported to the police and [Business Name] within 2 hours of the incident.

Insurance: Basic third-party liability is included. Supplemental "Loss Damage Waiver" (LDW) is available for an additional daily fee.
